Sponsor banners

The outfield fence is how most leagues fund a season. Banners are quoted by the square foot rather than per sign, and they come hemmed with grommets.

Send the sponsor logos as they come in and we lay each one out. Most leagues send us a folder of mismatched files — a PNG here, a business card photo there — and that is normal. We will tell you which ones need to be redrawn before they go on a four-foot banner.

Start collecting logos before you order

Printing a set of sponsor banners takes days. Getting twelve local businesses to send usable artwork takes weeks. Every league that runs late runs late for the same reason.

Spirit signs for the yard

The player-name sign in the front yard is the easiest thing a team does, and the easiest one to overpay for. Ordered individually they are $19.50 each. Ordered as a team of 25 they are $10.50.

One parent collecting names and jersey numbers in a group chat saves the group $225 on a single team.

What else a league buys

  • Field and dugout signage
  • Registration and tryout signs
  • Schedule and standings boards
  • Concession menu boards
  • Banquet, trophy night and sponsor-thank-you signage
  • Directional signs for tournament weekends

Most organizations start with sponsor banners and add the rest across a season or two.

Season timing

Order four weeks before opening day. Spring baseball and softball leagues should be talking to us in December and January. Fall football and cheer should be ordering in June and July.

Tournament weekends are the exception, because they get scheduled late and need directionals fast. Those are usually under 50 signs, so 1–2 business days covers it.

Questions we get

Do you print sponsor banners for the outfield fence?

Yes. Fence banners are quoted by the square foot rather than per sign, and they include hemmed edges and grommets. Send us the sponsor logos and we lay each banner out.

How far ahead should a league order?

Four weeks before opening day is comfortable. Sponsor banners take the longest because sponsor artwork trickles in, so start collecting logos before you order anything.

Can each family order one spirit sign?

Yes, though it is far cheaper for the team to place one order. Twenty-five signs is $10.50 each instead of $19.50 each ordered individually, so a team parent collecting names once saves the group real money.

Do you offer anything for the league itself?

Field signs, schedule boards, registration and tryout signs, concession menus, banquet and sponsor-thank-you signage. Most leagues start with sponsor banners and add the rest over a season or two.

Do you print for Little League and Pop Warner teams?

Yes, and for travel, rec and school programs across Lee and Charlotte counties.
