SWFL Yard Signs / Job sites
Company ID signs that sit on the fence for the length of a build, plus safety, permit box and hiring signs. Printed in house, usually in a day or two.
Single-sided 24×18, metal stakes included. The both-sides price is shown under every tier, so you can total a double-sided order without asking.
Everything else on a site is required or temporary. The board with your name on it sits on the fence for the length of the build, and gets seen by every neighbour, every subcontractor and everyone driving past a project they wish was theirs. It is the cheapest advertising you will buy, and most contractors treat it as an afterthought.
Florida requires a license number on contractor advertising, and a job site sign is advertising. Worth confirming the current rule with your licensing board, but every contractor sign we print carries it.
Printed in house on our flatbed, usually ready in one to two business days. Prices are single-sided .040 aluminum unless noted.
| Size | Price | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 7 × 10 in | $25 | OSHA safety and notice signs |
| 10 × 14 in | $30 | Larger safety and site rules |
| 12 × 18 in | $40 | Permit box, notices, no trespassing |
| 12 × 18 in reflective | $60 | Traffic and night visibility |
| 18 × 24 in | $60 | Company sign, standard build |
| 24 × 24 in | $75 | Company sign with room for a logo |
| 24 × 36 in | $100 | Large company sign, road frontage |
| 24 × 36 in heavy gauge | $170 | Multi-year builds, high wind |
Larger panels such as 48 × 24 are quoted by size. Double-sided adds 50%. Quantity breaks are 10% off at 5 signs, 15% at 10, and quoted above 25. Aluminum does not discount like coroplast because the blank itself is most of the cost.
24 × 18 coroplast with a stake is $19.50 for one and $10.50 at 25. Right for a job measured in weeks, for directionals during a pour, and for anything you expect to throw away. The full yard sign ladder runs down to $6.00.
| How long it stays up | Material | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Days to a few weeks | Coroplast | Cheap enough to be disposable |
| A few months | Coroplast or .040 aluminum | Coroplast fades before it fails |
| Six months to two years | .040 aluminum | Will not bow, fade or yellow |
| Multi-year or high wind | .080 heavy gauge | Survives repeated re-mounting |
The expensive mistake is coroplast on a long build. It looks fine for four months and embarrassing for the next eight, on the one sign carrying your company name.
Most contractors underbuy and end up moving one sign between sites. Order a set once and every job looks like the same company built it.
We keep your layout on file. Once your company sign is set up, the next order is a quantity and a pickup day, not another round of sending logos and confirming sizes. Same arrangement we run on the blueprint side for plan sets.
Aluminum and rigid signs print in house, so one to two business days is normal and a rush is often possible. Coroplast under 50 signs is the same. Only coroplast orders of 50 and up go to our trade printer at 5–7 business days.
Pulling a permit Monday and need the sign on the fence? Call. We can usually make that work.
18×24 aluminum at $60 is the standard company sign. Step up to 24×36 at $100 if you have road frontage. For jobs measured in weeks, 24×18 coroplast at $19.50 is enough.
Yes. We keep your layout on file, so a reorder is a quantity and a pickup day.
A season is realistic. Colors fade before the plastic fails. Past six months, .040 aluminum is the better spend and will not bow or yellow.
Florida requires a license number on contractor advertising and a job site sign counts. Confirm the current rule with your licensing board, but every contractor sign we print carries it.
Yes. OSHA-format safety signs at 7×10 and 10×14, and high-intensity reflective at 12×18 for anything near traffic or that needs to be seen after dark.
Yes, along with hiring signs, subcontractor panels and site rules.
We reply with confirmed pricing and a real pickup date, usually within the hour during business hours.
