Two to three business days

Banners print the day we send them and ship overnight, so most orders are in your hands in two to three business days.

If your event is this weekend, call rather than filling out the form. We will tell you in a minute whether it makes it.

Vinyl or mesh

13 oz vinyl is the default and what the prices above cover. Opaque, strongest color, right for storefronts, indoor use, event entrances and anywhere reasonably sheltered.

Mesh is what you want on a fence. It lets wind pass through instead of catching it, which is the difference between a banner that lasts a season and one that tears its grommets out in the first squall. Outfield fences, construction fencing and anything on chain link should be mesh.

Measure the fence first

Most chain link runs in 10 ft sections. A 3 × 8 ft banner inside one section sits flat and tight. One that ends mid-span sags in the middle and looks like a mistake from the road.

Heavier material and both sides

13 oz covers almost everything. Two upgrades worth knowing about:

  • 15 oz and 18 oz for banners staying up past a season, or anywhere with constant wind and sun.
  • Double-sided for banners hung where people pass on both sides — between two fields, over a walkway, or perpendicular to a road.

Both are quoted rather than listed, because the right answer depends on where it hangs. Tell us where it is going and we will tell you what it needs.

What is included

  • Full color print, edge to edge
  • Hemmed edges and grommets roughly every two feet
  • Layout from your logo and wording, at no charge
  • Your file kept on hand for reorders

Artwork

Send a print-ready PDF, or start from our free banner template. At banner sizes keep text an inch clear of every edge, since the hem folds over and grommets punch through the outer margin.

No artwork? Send your logo and the wording. Dropping it into a standard layout is free.

Questions we get

How much is a banner?

A 2×4 ft is $44, a 3×6 ft is $77 and a 3×8 ft is $102, on 13 oz vinyl with hemmed edges and grommets included. Order more than one and the price drops — a dozen 3×8 banners are $74 each.

Do you discount for multiple banners?

Yes, automatically. 8% off at 2 banners, 18% at 6 and 27% at 12 or more. A 3×8 is $102 on its own, $84 each at six and $74 each at twelve. Mixed sizes count toward the same discount.

Vinyl or mesh?

Vinyl for storefronts, indoor use and anywhere sheltered. Mesh for fences and anywhere the wind gets at it — outfield fences, scoreboards, construction fencing. Mesh lets air through so the banner does not act as a sail and tear its grommets out.

How fast can I get a banner?

Two to three business days for most orders. Banners print the day we send them and ship overnight. If your event is sooner than that, call rather than filling out the form and we will tell you straight away whether it makes it.

What size should a fence banner be?

3×8 ft is the most common sponsor banner and 3×10 ft is the next step up. Measure your fence panel first — most chain link runs in 10 ft sections and a banner that spans two posts sits flatter than one that ends mid-span.

Are grommets included?

Yes, hemmed edges and grommets roughly every two feet, at no extra charge.
