SWFL Yard Signs / Real estate
Listing panels, name riders, open house directionals and frames. Printed here, picked up on the way to the listing.
Single-sided 24×18, metal stakes included. The both-sides price is shown under every tier, so you can total a double-sided order without asking.
| Item | Size | Typical order |
|---|---|---|
| Listing panel | 24 × 18 | Both sides, ordered in tens |
| Post-and-panel insert | 24 × 24 or 24 × 36 | Both sides, one per active listing |
| Name rider | 6 × 24 | Batched, reordered more often than panels |
| Open house directional | 24 × 18 | Six to twelve per weekend |
| Coming soon / under contract | 24 × 18 | Small standing stock |
Coroplast with a stake is right for directionals and anything temporary. The sign that hangs in a frame at the listing should be aluminum — it survives Florida sun, it does not bow, and you reuse it across listings for years.
| Item | One side | Both sides |
|---|---|---|
| 18 × 24 panel | $60 | $90 |
| 24 × 24 panel | $75 | $113 |
| 24 × 36 panel | $100 | $150 |
| 6 × 24 custom rider | $30 | $45 |
Quantity breaks: 10% off at 5, 15% off at 10, and quoted above 25. Aluminum does not discount as steeply as coroplast because the blank itself is most of the cost.
SOLD, PENDING, NEW PRICE, OPEN HOUSE and the rest are stock messages, not custom work. Those print on coroplast at yard sign prices, so order them by the half dozen and keep them in the trunk. Your name rider is the one worth doing in aluminum.
We keep a few frames on hand for walk-ins, so a new agent can leave with a complete setup the same day. Anything more than that we order in, usually within the week. Ask when you quote.
An 18 × 24 aluminum panel, a custom name rider and a frame. That is what most agents in this market run, and it is the thing nobody explains to you before your first listing. Tell us it is your first and we will walk you through it rather than take the order and let you find out.
An open house gets scheduled Tuesday for Saturday. That is not enough runway for an order shipped from a national plant, and it is exactly the situation local printing exists for.
Under 50 signs print here in 1–2 business days, which covers almost every real estate order we take.
If your office runs a standard template across agents, we save the layout and reorders become a phone call with a name and a quantity. Set rate, no re-quoting, no re-sending brand files.
Send a print-ready PDF and we run it. If you have a logo and the wording, dropping it into a standard layout is free. Original design work is $75 an hour and we quote it before starting.
Two things to get right before printing fifty: keep the phone number large enough to read from a moving car, and keep text well inside the edge so nothing important lands where the stake and trim go.
24×18 is the standard yard sign size and the most common choice for listings and directionals. Post-and-panel setups usually take a 24×24 or 24×36 panel. Riders are 6×24.
Yes, 6×24 in one or both sides. Agents order riders in batches because the panel outlasts the rider by several listings.
Yes, and it is published rather than negotiated. The ladder runs to $6.00 a sign at 500, which is where a multi-agent office restock usually lands. We keep your layout on file so reorders are a phone call with a name and a quantity.
Metal H-stakes come free with every yard sign order. We keep a few real estate frames on hand for walk-ins and order larger quantities in, usually within the week.
Aluminum. Coroplast is right for open house directionals and anything temporary, but the panel that hangs in a frame gets reused across listings for years, and aluminum will not bow or fade the way coroplast does in Florida sun. An 18×24 aluminum panel is $60 one side, $90 both.
An 18×24 aluminum panel double-sided at $90, a custom name rider at $30, and a frame quoted separately. Status riders like SOLD and PENDING are stock messages and print on coroplast at yard sign prices.
We reply with confirmed pricing and a real pickup date, usually within the hour during business hours.
