Senior yard signs

One sign, one name, one front lawn. They go up in April and they matter to exactly one family, which is the whole point.

Personalized signs still count as one order for volume pricing. Sixty signs with sixty different names are priced at the 50–99 tier, so $9.00 each rather than $19.50.

What a class order looks like

30 personalized senior signs$315
60 personalized senior signs$540
120 personalized senior signs$810

Send a spreadsheet of names and, if you want them, photos.

Order in March, not May

The printing is not what runs late. Collecting a name list, checking spellings and chasing photos from 60 families is what runs late, and it takes longer every year than whoever volunteered expects.

Give yourself six weeks between starting the list and needing the signs in hand.

Booster clubs and PTOs

  • Sponsor recognition signs for the field or gym
  • Fundraiser and car wash signage
  • Homecoming, spirit week and pep rally signs
  • Event directionals for open house and orientation nights
  • Teacher appreciation week signs, yard and door

Booster orders usually clear 25 or 50 signs, which is where the per-sign price drops most.

Artwork and school branding

Schools generally have logo files sitting with the athletic director or the front office. If nobody can find them, we can work from a clean photo of existing signage, though a real vector file always prints better.

Check with the school before printing anything with a mascot on it — some districts have licensing rules about logo use on merchandise and signage.

Questions we get

When should we order senior signs?

Order in March or early April for a May graduation. Class-wide orders are the ones that get tight, because the photo and name list takes longer to collect than the printing does.

Can you do a different name on each sign?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names and, if you want them, photos. Each sign prints individually and the whole run still counts as one order for volume pricing, so 60 personalized signs are priced at the 50–99 tier.

Do you work with booster clubs and PTOs?

Regularly. Sponsor recognition signs, fundraiser signage, spirit signs and event directionals. Booster orders usually clear the 25 or 50 tier, which is where the price drops most.

What about teacher appreciation and staff signs?

Yard signs, door signs and hallway signage. Teacher appreciation week orders tend to be 30 to 80 signs, which lands in the $9.00 to $10.50 range per sign.
